Rei’s career prior to founding Inamoto & Co was formed at two of the most influential agencies: AKQA and R/GA.
From 2004 until 2015, Rei served as Chief Creative Officer of AKQA for 14 offices around the world, working with clients such as Audi, Nike, Google, Xbox and many others.
During his tenure, AKQA quadrupled in size and revenue, and has won more Agency of the Year accolades than any other agency in the world.
Prior to AKQA, Rei was Executive Creative Director at R/GA from 1999 to 2004 leading the Nike account.
Nathalie Torres is a trained analyst with broad experience in digital products and marketing.
In the past decade, Nathalie has led major measurement implementations, designing methodologies for quantifying performance in order to optimize products, services, and content.
Nathalie’s career has spanned several leading agencies, including Digitas, AKQA, and Deep Focus before joining Inamoto & Co.
She graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and was a guest lecturer at Georgetown University.
Will has spent the past 20 years helping corporations and startups build and design digital products and services.
For the past decade, he led Technology at R/GA for clients like Google, McCormick, Samsung, MasterCard and countless others. Prior to R/GA, he spent six years developing emerging media and platforms at Sony Music.
With degrees in both Film and Computer Science, he works closely with creative and strategy to develop world-class products that are human-centric and scalable. Will also serves as an advisor to several startups and as a mentor for Techstars, NYCBigApps, and AFSE.
Outside of work, he is an avid chef and has launched a line of mobile cooking apps.
Rem Reynolds is an experienced leader and strategist, with a proven record of bringing innovative products and communications to market.
Prior to founding Inamoto & Co, Rem was the Managing Director of AKQA New York. He has led businesses for a number of leading brands, including American Express, Starbucks, Samsung, Verizon Wireless, and P&G.
He started his career at successful technology startups in Silicon Valley and New York. He graduated from Stanford University.
